Olive oil has Vitamin E and antioxidants which means that the body will be healthier as a result of using these products on the body.

The customer will also find that olive can be used for many things concerning the home in general. For many, many years, olive oil lamps were in use in various parts of the world where olives are grown. Some places sell olive oil lamp kits so that the consumer can make their own lamp. Others sometimes use olive oil to replace kerosene.

A person can also use the oil to shine stainless steel and polish wooden furniture. It can also be used to shine shoes and boots made of leather including boots, belts, and other items that not only need to be shined but waterproofed. Olive oil can also be used in the food of pets like cats and dogs to keep them healthy and give their coats a nice sheen.

There are many other uses for extra virgin olive oil that one can learn from neighbours, friends, and on the internet. Sometimes a person might learn these things on their own by accident or when they do not have anything else they can use for a particular purpose. This is one of the many reasons why so many around the world rely on it.
