The bakeries will just let customers get a tray and let them get whatever they want. Customers can choose in different containers or baskets and reach out for the things they want to eat.

Enchiladas. Enchiladas are basically made from corn tortillas then stuffed with anything like chicken or veggies. This would be either folded or rolled depending on you. Then it is baked in a green or red sauce and the toppings are onions, cheese and creams. For people who love spicy food, this menu can be added with chili peppers as well.

Mexican food is also famous for their churros. Churros are very common around the streets and corners in the entire country. The traditional version is churros is coated with cinnamon and sugar however there are some who uses dulce de leche or chocolate.
