Their job is to make sure that the animal doesn t have any diseases that could possibly be transferred over to the people who buy them from butchers and other shops. This can also be minor illnesses or infections that could cause it to rot even when kept frozen.

It is important to be sure of what job you want to do and to be passionate about it. Although this may seem out there and different, the same processes apply and change may be good.
