In Mexico, black beans is a common side dish or side order that usually accompanies any other form of main course. They are easy to prepare and cook but they add tasteful flavors to any dish. They are preferable since they can be taken by both anyone whether young or not since it has several ingredients which makes it so tasty and nutritious.

To add flavor to the meal, green bell peppers will also be required, and they will need to be chopped in a proper manner. Red bell peppers may also be incorporated, as they will also help in spicing up the food, giving it a tasty and yummy taste. In addition, one package of corn kernels is also needed, and it should advisably be frozen so that it delivers the required results.

The fiber present also helps in preventing constipation, promotes growth of healthy bacteria in the intestines and brings about better food digestion. They are available throughout the year and can be purchased from the local grocery stores. It is, however, important to note that they need to be soaked before cooking. It is a simple recipe to prepare.

One clove of crushed garlic, as well as chopped fresh cilantro is also needed. Ground cumin, preferably half a tablespoon, is also needed, alongside black pepper that is grounded. Chili powder as well as hot pepper sauce may also be included.
