This New Plan Of Gluten Free Kosher Meals Will Change Your Life

By Raymond Morris

If you have been trying lots of new diets that promise you a healthier lifestyle and fitter body but have no effect on you, then you need to try something else. Gluten free kosher meals are the best way to maximize your health while remaining firmly in the teachings of the Jewish religion. There a lot of guidelines involved in this diet, and they have been laid out for you in a simple format below.

Before embarking on this diet, you need to understand the principles behind it. A wheat free diet means that all forms of wheat and similar crops such as rye, triticale, barley and spelt must be completely removed from your lifestyle. Do not panic, you can still eat your favourite carbohydrate foods such as pasta, croissants and bread. The only difference is that you will be substituting the wheat flour with healthier flours.

There are quite a few wheat substitutes that you can use in basic cooking and baking techniques. For example, instead of using wheat, barley and rye flours, a good substitute is tapioca flour. A few other excellent substitutes are amaranth flour, arrow root flour, banana flour, brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, chia four, chickpea flour, coconut flour and corn flour.

A lot of people are under the misconception that because wheat flour is banned, they cannot eat baked goods such as cakes biscuits without breaking the diet. The truth is, there are many ways of baking your favourite sweet treats. One of these ways is to substitute the wheat flour with either banana flour, coconut flour or even tapioca flour.

A few forbidden food categories are those creatures that crawl on sand and flying insects, but there are exceptions such as locusts, the grasshopper and the beetle. Other forbidden items, milk that has not been thoroughly checked, a few types of cheese, gelatin, and eating both fish and meat in one meal.

The exception to the religious part of the diet is that it is allowed to be broken if a human life is in danger and there is no suitable food available. Only then is one allowed to break this tradition of their ancestors in favour of regaining health. However, it must be noted that under no circumstances is this allowed to be taken as a sign that the diet is flexible; this only applies to those in serious danger of death by hunger.

You may have noticed that there is a lot food that isn't allowed on this diet, and the reasons for this are that it is both against the culture of people and that it is not healthy to the human's digestive system. Another food item that is not allowed in this diet is any meat product from an animal that has not been checked for disease before it has been slaughtered. This is non-negotiable, as any animal that contains a disease is considered impure to the rabbi and therefore impermissible to eat.

In order to reap the full benefits of this diet, it needs to be properly followed. If you have tried all other kinds of diets and failed, kosher meals is the answer for you. Start now and you will soon feel the difference as you get healthier and have more energy.
