When it is to be cooked as steak, the first thing you have to note is how you do the frying. When frying, it would be good to add small amount of another fat like butter or oil to the pan before cooking. Sear each side quickly and then reduce the heat to low.

Grilling is another way to cook the ingredient to make it a steak. Normally, you can cook the same way with frying. The only difference is that there is no pan to put the oil into. Instead of that, you have to brush the oil straight to the said ingredient and grill it into the fire. Brush a small amount.

You may also cook this ingredient to a steak with broiling. Broiling means you have to use four to five inches of the raw ingredient. When broiling it up, you need to do it for around three to four minutes. Cook it for this long on each side. Do not forget to brush oil into the raw ingredient before turning it over for cooking.

Stewed meats can also be served for your restaurant. The dish will be more delicious if you cook the ingredient the same way you would when you are cooking beef stew. Just add the ingredient you have to the stew and then allow it to slowly cook until it becomes tender already.

Another dish you can make out of this raw ingredient is burger. You can opt to cook it in bulk since that will cook faster compared to beef stew and no fat will be left on pans. If you prefer to have it as patties, you will need to sear them on their sides using the grill.
