Many people are slowly becoming aware of the fact that food is being altered with, they are slowly realizing that food is no longer as it used to be. It is mostly being produced for commercial purposes and not as natural as it was. Most fruits have nutrition content that cannot easily be replicated in conditions made by man.

In nature there exists different forms of life and the mushroom is a natural wild form of life that is natural; its growth is rarely influenced by any hand of man. The mushrooms tend to grow on organic matter that is decomposing, like dead leaves and shrubs at times they grow on decomposing bodies of animals. These mushrooms that grow on wild organic matter tend to be more natural and healthier than normal man influenced matter.

Most of these trees and fruits tend to have very many medicinal values that most wild trees grown in nature tend not to have or have them in diminishing quantities. This is attributed to the environment which these trees grow and the kind of nutrients that come into place before with the trees and the shrubs.

Herbs and shrubs also form part of flora and fauna of the environment, they not only cover the soil from erosion they also provide a good source of these roots that most require for their ailments. The roots and stems are used to cure ailments, to kill odour and also at times used as a toothbrush.

Most wild animals that consume this wild vegetation form an important part of the eco system, as the system maintains their health they also nourish the soil with the nutrients they extract from the leaves and fruits.

Many of those who belie that eating organic and wild food have already started to brace themselves for a hard time ahead this is because natural wild conditions are slowly on the decline phase. This does not mean all hope is lost as various other sources and advantages that emerge from the sources are also good for ones health.
