Although there are many health benefits to be found by eating plant based foods regularly, most people forget that foods that come from animals can be just as healthy. This method is better than using a lot of high calorie ingredients when time is limited. Most of these recipes call for additional preparation, which adds to cooking time if a person does not spend a lot of time in the kitchen. The marinated food will also keep for a few days before unused portions are to be frozen for future consumption.
