Dancing or various types of movements in therapy are a good way of expressing oneself in the non-verbal sense.

Over time, the client will begin to trust and connect with the therapist. They will start to build a healthy relationship with them which is necessary should they need to talk more about personal information and how this is affecting their life. Sometimes, clients may not have revealed this type of information to anyone else before.

There may be various techniques that the therapist uses in order to help the client deal with their problems. It can take time to work through this, and this will depend on the scenario and the individual. Sometimes other family members may be involved, especially when they have been affected and there are conflicts in the home which are causing more chaos.
